2024-2025 ACC Syllabus Submission Form

ACC instructors are required to submit a syllabus containing the college required elements for articulation no later than the end of the first week of each term the course is being taught at the high school. If you have questions about ACC syllabus requirements, please visit the ACC Instructor page for additional resources, the ACC syllabus checklist, or contact accinfo@clackamas.edu. ACC instructors will be out of compliance for incomplete or missing syllabi.
